Red Hot Velvet Cupcakes!

Rachel & Kendall joined us for dinner tonight.  For dessert, I made Red Hot Velvet Cupcakes with Cinnamon Buttercream from a recipe in February Oprah Magazine, that was in an article on a small bakery in Brooklyn called Baked.  They were wonderful!!  We thought much better than "Sprinkles" cupcakes in Beverly Hills, and there was not an hour wait to purchase them.   I'm anxious to try some of the other recipes, including Whoopie pies with strawberry-meringue filling, spicy brownies and a cinnamon mocha drink.  If you need a sweet recipe for Valentine's Day for your sweetheart, try one of these.
